Refund policy

 

DISCLAIMER

Payment is non-refundable once order is submitted. No refunds will be issued during our time together due to the nature of intellectual property provided as well as the 24/7 ongoing support that comes with coaching. Programs will not be hosted online after our time together is up and it is the clients responsibility to save their programs should they wish to. Check ins are the clients responsibility. 

Please allow up to two business days following the completed return of our client questionnaire to receive your customized program.

The contents of the programs are confidential and are only to be utilized by the individual to whom they are addressed. Any attempts to distribute, copy or share the program are forbidden.

"PB&J Coaching LLC" are not Doctors or Registered Dietitians. Any programs or advice given are intended for educational purposes and are not intended to serve as medical advice. Consult a physician or a qualified healthcare professional for any matters regarding your health. 

This refund policy, disclaimer, and terms apply to all services, programs, coaching, consulting, and mentorship provided by PB&J Coaching LLC, including but not limited to fitness coaching programs, nutrition coaching, body transformation coaching, and business or monetization coaching services for fitness professionals.

These terms apply regardless of whether the client is enrolled in one or multiple services simultaneously, including situations where a fitness professional participates in both fitness coaching and business/monetization mentorship programs offered by PB&J Coaching LLC.

By purchasing or participating in any program or service provided by PB&J Coaching LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees that these terms are legally binding and enforceable.

Any modifications, exceptions, or additional arrangements to these terms must be agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PB&J Coaching LLC. Verbal agreements, informal communications, or messages do not constitute a modification of these terms.
